Presto Cloud
The bridge runs fully standalone. Presto Cloud is the Intrasys-hosted side that adds licensing,
account and seat management, billing, and template/asset sync. It's reached at
console.presto.intrasys.ai.
Standalone vs. cloud
A bridge works offline: drop a license file or paste an activation code and it serves prints. The cloud adds:
- Licensing enforcement and seat management (a seat = one distinct bridge).
- Org accounts and members (multi-org, invites).
- Billing (Stripe).
- Template & asset sync across a fleet.
All bridge → cloud traffic is bridge-initiated outbound HTTPS — the cloud never reaches into a loopback bridge.
Activation & licensing
A bridge activates with an activation code (PRESTO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX): it sends the code plus its
bridge id and receives a signed license and a sync token. On boot and every 24 hours it
heartbeats to renew the license and rotate its sync token; the cloud can report revocation or
clone detection.

Each tier sets limits like max printers, max bridges, RFID-encode entitlement, and features (designer, RFID, console sync).
Printing never bricks. If a license is blocked or lapses, the management UI locks down but the print path keeps working — a lapsed license doesn't stop the line.
Template & asset sync
With the console_sync feature, org-global templates and assets sync down to bridges
(read-only), and a bridge's local templates can be pushed up as a backup. (Templates first in
this initial cut.)
Accounts & billing
The cloud console manages your org profile, members and invites, plan and seats, and Stripe billing (checkout, invoices, plan changes, and the customer portal).
